Local Tissue Rearrangement, also known as adjacent tissue transfer (ATT/R), is a medical procedure that involves moving healthy tissue from one part of the body to cover a skin defect or lesion in another part of the body. The tissue that is moved is called a local flap and is usually taken from a donor site that is next to the defect.
